Abstract: RESUMEN:Las lesiones del ligamento talofibular lateral son un problema común en traumatología. Éstas corresponden a la mayoría de los esguinces de tobillo, siendo el ligamento talofibular anterior el de mayor frecuencia, seguido del calcáneo fibular.
