“…Um estudo espanhol com desenho retrospectivo e observacional comparou o tipo de anestesia durante o transplante hepático. Nesse estudo, foram identificados valores picos de transaminases no sétimo dia pós-transplante >2000 U/L em 12,1% com o uso de SEVO, e de 15,9% com o uso de propofol69 . A síndrome de reperfusão, definida pela queda da PAM do 30% da basal ou PAM menor a 60mmHg dentro dos primeiros 5 minutos após a reperfusão do enxerto70 , aconteceu em 21,6% dos pacientes que receberam Propofol, enquanto 10,3% daqueles que foram anestesiados com Sevoflurano o apresentaram.…”
