Estudo hipotético para avaliação preliminar da resiliência na mobilidade urbana

Abstract: Resumo O objetivo deste estudo é desenvolver uma estratégia de avaliação da resiliência da mobilidade urbana. A abordagem é baseada em um cenário hipotético em que transportes motorizados estariam impossibilitados de ocorrer por restrições diversas.
