Abstract:The present study aimed to compare phytochemical properties (total extractive matter, phenolic, flavonoids, and mineral content), antimicrobial and antioxidant activities of black pepper fruits' ethanolic extract (BPFEE), and cubeb pepper fruits' ethanolic extract (CPFEE).
