Ethical decision‐making of supervisors of color

Abstract: Ethical decision-making is minimally addressed in counseling supervision literature. Supervisors or color may find challenges given the cultural context of both supervision and ethical decision-making. The authors interviewed six supervisors of color about ethical decisionmaking in supervision.
