Ethylene Copolymers

Abstract: Copolymerization of ethylene (E) and styrene (S) has been enabled by developments in metallocene catalysts. An overview of copolymerization chemistry shows that catalyst structure and polymerization conditions have major influences on the production efficiency, product composition, and copolymer microstructure.
