Etiologies of Fever of Unknown Origin in HIV/AIDS Patients, Hanoi, Vietnam

Abstract: Background: Prolonged fever is a challenge for clinicians in managing patients with HIV/AIDS. Their TCD4 counts can be helpful in the diagnosis and treatment.
