Étude chimiotaxonomique du genreEchinostoma: Comparaison d’une souche isolée du Cameroun(E. sp.)à deux espèces africaines(E. capronietE. togoensis)

Abstract

RÉSUMÉ. Une étude comparative des isoenzymes est effectuée sur les adultes de trois espèces du genre Echinostoma (E. caproni, E. togoensis, E. sp.). Parmi les 23 enzymes recherchées par électro-phorèse en gel d'amidon, la Pgm et la Pgi sont caractérisées par des zymogrammes différents chez les trois espèces. L'isoélectrofocalisation en gel d'agarose et de polyacrylamide précise la structure génétique de chaque enzyme : la Pgm est codée par trois locus, la Pgi par un seul. Le polymor phisme de la Pgm permet d'envisager l'étude d'autres souches expérimentales ou naturelles. (Voltz et coll., 1985). Une espèce isolée du Cameroun, E. sp., paraît très proche des deux précédentes tant par la morphologie des larves et des adultes que par le cycle expérimental (Bertram, 1983). L'analyse comparative des protéines et des isoenzymes des trois espèces est entreprise dans le but de préciser les caractères génétiques de chacune et d'aborder la chimiotaxonomie du genre Echinostoma dont la systématique demeure controversée (Kanev, 1985).
