Abstract:Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) is an increasingly used imaging modality in the diagnosis and management of biliary disease. The advantage of EUS is that it allows for a precise examination of the pancreaticobiliary system due to the proximity of the endoscopic probe within the gastrointestinal tract.
