Evaluación de aeronaves multi-rol para misiones de transporte del Ejército del Aire Español. Un problema de decisión multi-criterio difuso.

Abstract

The main goal of this study is to, in first place, know about the situation and actual needs of air transport in the Spanish Air Force, so that it can offer different alternatives which cover the required needs previously found. Decision problems of this type involve not only quantitative criteria (service ceiling, autonomy, power, etc.), but also parameters that are difficult to quantify due to their subjective nature (tactical capacity, ergonomics, compatibility with other platforms, etc.). That is why the choice as the best alternative among the proposals will be based on the combination of two consolidated methods of multi-criteria decision making (AHP and TOPSIS methodologies) and logic of fuzzy sets. This will all be grouped in an objective decision approved by the experience of a group of experts who can look at different evaluation aspects that are beyond the technical ones.
