Evaluación de la precisión de percepción de competencia motriz en adolescentes

Abstract: La discrepancia entre el nivel de competencia motriz y la percepción de competencia, intervienen en la adherencia o motivación hacia la práctica de actividades físico-deportivas. Este estudio, comprueba la diferencia de la competencia motriz y la percepción de competencia, entre chicos y chicas, además de analizar la precisión con la que los/as jóvenes evalúan sus habilidades motrices.
