Abstract: El uso de fibras de tereftalato de polietileno (PET) en el concreto representa un gran avance en la industria de la construcción ya que estas fibras contribuyen a la disminución de la fisuración por esfuerzos de tensión y por fenómenos de retracción plástica, además de incrementar la durabilidad de los compuestos basados en cemento.
