“…The Case Management Taxonomy (CMTaxonomy) provides a standardised approach to understand and measure the ‘what action’ of case management (the inputs and throughputs/interventions). The CMTaxonomy was developed using rigorous scoping and qualitative consensus development techniques (nominal group technique), piloted, disseminated across 11 countries, the impact analysed, published and validated [ 19 , 20 , 21 , 22 , 23 , 24 , 25 ].
