Evaluasi Kesuksesan Implementasi E-Recruitment Dalam Proses Penerimaan Karyawan Menggunakan Metode Delone Dan McLean Di Pt Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero)

Abstract

ABSTRAKPT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) merupakan salah satu bagian dari BUMN yang memiliki proses bisnis pada jasa transportasi kereta api. Dalam proses bisnis pada perusahaan, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) menggunakan SAP sebagai aplikasi utama, disamping itu terdapat aplikasi e-Recruitment yang digunakan untuk mendukung proses bisnis khususnya pada proses penerimaan karyawan. Dalam penggunaan kedua aplikasi terdapat permasalahan terkait proses integrasi dimana proses yang dilakukan masih sederhana, sehingga melalui penelitian ini akan dibahas terkait faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kesuksesan implementasi e-Recruitment khususnya pada proses penerimaan karyawan dengan menggunakan model delone dan mclean di PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). Model delone dan mclean merupakan model yang sesuai dengan penelitian ini karena terdapat beberapa variabel untuk mengukur kesuksesan implementasi e-Recruitment diantaranya kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna dan manfaat bersih. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26. Tahap uji hipotesis yang dilakukan menggunakan tingkat siginifikansi 0,05 dengan hasil dimana semua variabel pada model DeLone dan McLean dapat menjadi faktor kesuksesan dari penggunaan aplikasi e-recruitment di PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero).
