Supplier selection is one of the most important things in procurement activities for goods or services for a company. Suppliers are individual entities or companies that provide or sell raw materials to other entities, be they individuals or companies, to be processed into goods or services that are ready for use. As business partners, suppliers have a very significant role in ensuring the availability of supplies of goods required by the company. Therefore, PT. Sinergi Gula Nusantara (PG.Kremboong) needs to carry out careful and accurate observations of suppliers to ensure effective cooperation. The aim of this research is to evaluate suppliers based on the company's criteria, including quality, price, quantity of raw material supply and plantation area. In the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, each criterion in the alternative assessment factors will be compared with each other, then produce a priority value output. This process forms an assessment system for each supplier. Through the calculation process using the AHP method with the help of the Expert Choice 11 application, weight values were obtained for each criterion, namely Quality with a weight of 0.565, Price with a weight of 0.257, Quantity of Raw Material Supply with a weight of 0.095 and Garden area with a weight of 0.083. Meanwhile, the best supplier is farmer 5 with a weight of 0.293, farmer 4 with a weight of 0.227, farmer 1 with a weight of 0.173, farmer 3 with a weight of 0.164, and farmer 2 with a weight of 0.143.
