Evaluasi Potensi Fraksi Rumput Gong (Eriocaulon cinereum R. Br) sebagai Antikanker Serviks terhadap sel HeLa

Abstract: Rumput gong (Eriocaulon cinereum R. Br.) merupakan tumbuhan yang secara tradisional telah dipergunakan masyarakat Bangka Belitung untuk mencegah pertumbuhan kanker. Penelitian pendahuluan memperlihatkan bahwa ekstrak etil asetat dan metanol rumput gong memiliki aktivitas sitotoksik terhadap sel HeLa dengan IC50 masing-masing sebesar 580,07 μg/ml dan 626,41 μg/ml.
