Öz: Bu araştırmanın amacı sistemik yaklaşıma dayalı olarak geliştirilmiş bir evlilik öncesi ilişki geliştirme programı olan Romantik İlişki Geliştirme Programı-RİGP'in romantik ilişki yaşayan genç yetişkinlik dönemindeki bireylerin ilişki doyumu ve romantik inanç düzeyine etkisini incelemektir. Bu çalışma nicel ve nitel araştırma yöntemlerinin bir arada kullanıldığı karma desende yürütülmüştür. Bağımsız değişkenin bağımlı değişkenleri etkileme düzeyini belirlemek için deneysel desenlerden öntest sontest kontrol gruplu seçkisiz desen, katılımcıların RİGP sürecine ilişkin farkındalıklarıyla ilgili görüşlerini belirlemek için fenomenolojik yöntem kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 4 deney, 4 kontrol grubunda olmak üzere 8 çift oluşturmaktadır. Deney grubuna 120 dakikalık 11 oturumdan oluşan RİGP uygulanırken, kontrol grubuna işlem yapılmamıştır. Çalışma grubunun ilişki doyumu düzeyini belirlemek için Romantik İlişkilerde Doyumu Ölçeği, romantik inanç düzeylerini belirlemek için Romantik İnançlar Ölçeği ve RİGP süreciyle ilgili görüşlerini belirlemek için RİGP görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada nicel bulguların analizinde deney ve kontrol gruplarının ön test, son test ve izleme testi Wilcoxon İşaretli Sıralar Testi ile analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen nicel bulgulara göre RİGP, romantik ilişki yaşayan çiftlerin ilişki doyumu düzeylerini arttırmakta (zd.doyum=-2.53, p<.05) ve bu etki iki ay sürmektedir (zd.doyum=-.95, p>.05)..Öte yandan RİGP'in çiftlerin romantik inanç düzeyleri üzerinde etkisi yoktur (zd.inanç=-1.40, zk.inanc=-.70, p>.05). Araştırmada nitel bulgular tematik kodlama yoluyla yapılan içerik analiziyle % ve f hesaplanarak analiz edilmiştir. Nitel bulgulara göre, katılımcıların yarıdan fazlası kök aile ve problem algısıyla ilgili farkındalık kazandıkları, en etkilendikleri uygulamanın genogram çalışmaları olduğu konusunda görüş bildirmiştir. Katılımcıların tamamı RİGP'i faydalı bulmuştur.

The support that couples provide to women during the climacteric is essential for a less complex transition. One of the factors that could influence is the knowledge they have about the physical, psychological and social manifestations, hence the importance of this study, from which it is based on a proposal about nursing educational intervention programs. Objective of this study: To analyze the correlation between the knowledge and support provided by couples of women during the climacteric. Methodology: Quantitative, correlational and transversal research. The sample includes 100 participants, a couple of women aged 45 to 59 years old. The instrument was a questionnaire validated by experts, where a reliability of .758 was obtained. The application was by google.doc (https://goo.gl/forms/xJykXtbxiFGNS5yq2). The results are: the level of knowledge among the couples of women was regular to deficient 82%; The level of support was 49% among deficient and regular. Significant statistical correlation was found (p≥0.05) with Chi2 test. Conclusion The level of knowledge is deficient in the couples of women during climacteric and only half of it, provide support, which supports nursing educational interventions

Traumatic experiences within and outside the family of origin in childhood may disrupt couple functioning later in life. Using a sample of 3,958 couples assessed through the Relationship Evaluation Questionnaire (RELATE), an actor-partner independence model was fit to test direct and indirect associations between negative impact from one's family of origin (accounting for physical violence and sexual abuse) and resources in couple relationships. Resources were defined using intervention principles derived from the Conservation of Resources (COR) theory. Actor and partner effects suggested negative family impact associates with relationship instability and is mediated through negative couple communication. Actor effects suggested negative family impact associates with less calmness in one's self and is also mediated through negative couple communication.
