Abstract:This study aimed to investigate the effects of ingesting royal jelly at doses of 1500 mg, 3000 mg, and 4500 mg after 48 hours of high-intensity weight training on malondialdehyde (MDA) levels and pain intensity measured by visual analog scale (VAS).
