Abstract:ObjectiveBrook Trout Salvelinus fontinalis often outcompete and displace native salmonids in western North America. Due to the limitations of traditional removal methods, managers are implementing the Trojan Y Chromosome approach to extirpate nonnative Brook Trout populations.
