Abstract:Chronic kidney failure and end-stage renal disease (ESRD) are increasing globally, but home hemodialysis offers a critical means of improving patient quality of life and reducing national healthcare costs. This study investigates the performance of a portable hemodialysis (HD) device named XKIDNEY.
