Abstract:Background: Pain is a noxious, sensory, and emotional experience due to intense stimuli. Pain is intimately linked with nociception. The clinical therapies available at the moment for pain are tricyclic antidepressants, non -steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and opioids.
