Evaluation of Antioxidant Activity in Vitro of Polyphenols from Toona Sinensis Seeds Using RSM Optimized Conditions

Abstract: Abstract. The aim was to establish a method for extracting polyphenols from Toona sinensi Seeds (PTSS) and evaluate antioxidant properties.
