Abstract:It is predicted that dysregulation of BHMT2 expression level could have a remarkable effect on Breast cancer status. The absence of methionine and Hyperhomocysteinemia have been linked to a decline in BHMT2 expression. This mRNA expression and its correlated long non- coding RNA (lncRNA) (LINC00922) have been investigated in our experiment based on the bioinformatics approach.
