Abstract: Purpose To investigate whether cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) pressure and trans‐lamina cribrosa pressure gradient play a role in the pathogenesis of glaucoma. Our hypothesis is that a low cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) pressure may be correlated with the presence of glaucoma.
