Evaluation of Computational Approaches of Short Weierstrass Elliptic Curves for Cryptography

Abstract: The survey presents the evolution of Short Weierstrass elliptic curves after their introduction in cryptography. Subsequently, this evolution resulted in the establishment of present elliptic curve computational standards.
