Evaluation of Eculizumab Use in Renal Transplant Recipients

Abstract: Introduction: Eculizumab is a monoclonal antibody that binds to complement protein C5, inhibiting complement-mediated thrombotic microangiopathy. It is approved for several indications including atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome.
