Evaluation of Gentamicin Dosage Regimen and Route of Administration Based on Achieved Serum Concentrations in Neonates

Abstract: Purpose Combination antibiotics consisting beta-lactam and aminoglycoside are commonly utilized in the treatment of neonatal septicaemia.
