“…The fuzzified map layers of the hydrogeologic factors represent the rating factor for this study; this is similar to several research works that successfully attempted to rate factors that contribute to groundwater quality. For example, Bouselsal and Saibi ( 2022 ) assessed geochemical characteristics and groundwater quality using standardized factor scores to represent the impact of processes on water quality.
