Abstract:This study was conducted to assess health hazards and the concentration of some heavy metals including, Zinc (Zn), Cadmium (C d), and Lead (Pb) in canned fish, canned cheese, and canned tomato paste from various markets in Erbil c ity. The data were statistically analyzed using one-way ANOVA (CRD). The metal contents were determined using atomic absorption spectroscopy.
