Evaluation of Intensive Care Unit Infections in Kafkas University Hospital – A 5 Years Analysis

Abstract: Aim: Nosocomial infections (NIs) increase the length of hospital stay and mortality/morbidity rates, and lead to increased treatment related to hospital services and intensive care unit. In this study, we aimed to retrospectively evaluate patients admitted to the adult intensive care unit of our hospital who were diagnosed with NIs.
