The article discusses the issues of strategic development of the management of accommodation and specialization of the municipal level agricultural entities, where the main threats associated with the justification of the strategic management object at the municipal level, the assessment of its state, trends and prospects of functioning, starting with the initial link of economic interactions of agricultural organizations, as well as the possibility of the formation of agricultural production, implementation and transformation of its potential, with the highlighting the number of features corresponding to a certain relationship at a given level are determined. Priority principles are substantiated with the choice of the main strategic areas for more efficient use of existing opportunities, as a result of which a new or improved agricultural product will be created. The transformation of the management strategy of agricultural economic entities in the field of accommodation and specialization was carried out, and its organizational and structural model was presented which will have a certain sequence and interaction at the municipal level.

Functioning dynamics of agricultural engineering nowadays is under analysis in this article. It is noted that the formation of a modern agricultural cluster is influenced by many factors that can cause problems for its optimal functioning. The topical question is to define the role of state regulation of the agricultural machinery industry in Russia, to search for the new regulating economic instruments for the effectively developing agro-industrial complex. Adaptation of agricultural engineering to a constantly changing competitive market and the ability of domestic producers to survive in a crisis depends on the favorable conditions created for the agricultural producer and on the use of the support mechanisms that are adequate to the current state of the market.

O uso da mecanização otimiza tarefas, porém pode expor os operadores a agentes de riscos ocupacionais, podendo comprometer sua saúde auditiva. O presente estudo, objetivou realizar ensaio do nível de ruído no posto de operação de um trator cafeeiro com implemento derriçadora em condição estática. A coleta de dados foi realizada em um talhão de café do IFSULDEMINAS – Campus Muzambinho, sendo conduzido em delineamento inteiramente casualizado (DIC) (2x5) combinando-se trator com e sem o acionamento da derriçadora e 5 diferentes rotações. Os níveis de ruído foram obtidos por meio de um sonômetro, CB-851, configurado de acordo com as diretrizes da NR 15 e com resultados expressos em dB (A). Os resultados mostraram interação significativa entre os fatores de estudo (p<0,05). Os valores encontrados ficaram acima do nível de ação - NA (80 dB(A)) e do limite de exposição - LE (85 dB(A)) para todas as condições, exceto para o trator sem implemento na rotação de 1100 rpm (NA<84,1<LE). Os maiores valores de ruído foram quantificados para o conjunto T+D quando comparados a T em todas as rotações. Portanto, o estudo sugere que em condições normais de trabalho, são esperados níveis de ruído acima do NA e LE.
