Evaluation of Loratadine Liposomal Gels for Transdermal Treatment

Abstract: Loratadine is a medication that is indicated for treating allergies. It is taken through the mouth. Side effects include dry mouth, drowsiness, and headache. Liposomes are an advanced formulation to deliver the loratadine and enhance its effectiveness to the target site through the skin while minimizing side effects.
