Abstract

The textbook outlines the theoretical basis and practical methods of valuation of machines and equipment. The methodological principles of evaluation are considered in detail; Purpose of valuation and types of assessed value; Comparative, cost-effective and profitable approaches; Practical methods within each approach; Methods of determining physical wear and obsolescence in the evaluation of machinery and equipment. Examples of cost calculations are presented, as well as typical tasks with analysis of their solutions.
