Evaluation of Maturity Models for Business Process Management - Maturity Models for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

Abstract: This paper contains an appraisal of selected maturity models for BPM. Business process maturity models in general offer precise process definitions, repeatable process operations, the integration and interaction with linked processes, as well as the measurability and controlling of the process flows.
