Abstract:Osteoarticular tuberculosis is a relatively uncommon type of extrapulmonary tuberculosis. It is an important cause of mortality and morbidity and accounts for approximately 10-15% of all extrapulmonary forms of tuberculosis. The diagnosis is difficult and hence often late.
