Evaluation of Neurosensory Deficits Following the Use of Computer Assisted Surgical Guide for Inferior Alveolar Nerve Bypass versus Inferior Alveolar Nerve Lateralization (Randomized Controlled Trial)

Abstract: Objective : To evaluate the neurosensory function of inferior alveolar nerve following the placement of an implant with Bypassing versus lateralization method. Methods : Twenty six partially edentulous patients were selected and equally grouped into 2 groups.
