Evaluation of pharmacokinetics of warfarin from validated pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic model

Abstract: Background: Pharmacokinetics of warfarin has not been described in our population. We derived the pharmacokinetic parameters from a validated pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic model.
