Transformational leadership style is associated with a number of positive outcomes on a team-level such as higher job commitment, satisfaction and well-being (Skakon et al , 2010; Choi et al , 2016; Deshpande et al , 2018), patient safety and reduced adverse patient outcomes (Boamah et al , 2018).
