Abstract:In the paper, we evaluated the results of changes in the microbial community using molecular research methods. The authors analyzed strains of microorganisms isolated from different parts of the ecosystem of Lake Baikal: pelagial, littoral and benthic sediments. While analyzing we identified the presence of restriction endonuclease (RE) enzymes.
