Abstract:Background: In psoriasis patients, circulating endocan is associated with disease severity and cardiovascular risk. Once again, endocan levels were correlated with inflammatory markers; individuals with psoriasis had greater amounts than controls. Elevated endocan levels may indicate inflammatory and endothelial factors contributing to erectile dysfunction pathophysiology (ED).
