Evaluation of serum zinc level as a risk factor for gastrointestinal cancers

Abstract: Introduction: Gastric adenocarcinoma and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) are the second and third common cancer in Iran respectively and are the leading causes of cancer deaths in the world.
