The effectiveness of classroom teaching has emerged as the determining factor in whether a school will endure as higher education in China develops. Currently, all schools and institutions have established public art education classes that offer art education to students who do not study art. With the establishment of public art education, students of other subjects can learn art, film and television, music, calligraphy, dance, and drama and master basic practical skills that fundamentally improve their aesthetic capacity and qualities that promote the emergence of morality, intelligence, physique, and glamour among college students. However, colleges and universities should assess the teaching abilities of teachers after establishing public art education programs and then improve their own teaching abilities by fully altering the public art education model in accordance with the results of the teaching evaluation quality score. This study establishes a method for evaluating the effectiveness of teaching in public art education courses at colleges and institutions. The fuzzy comprehensive is based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The system for evaluating the quality of teaching is established, which builds the teacher’s teaching evaluation factor set, decides how much weight each teacher’s teaching quality evaluation factor should have, establishes the teaching quality evaluation grade, and decides the comprehensive teaching quality evaluation method. The teaching quality evaluation is finally computed using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation formula and the AHP approach in accordance with the evaluation results provided by five different types of experts. The results indicate that department leaders awarded teachers a 94.11 rating for their ability to teach.

Applying information technology to piano teaching can effectively avoid these problems. The application of information teaching means can not only enrich teaching methods but also enhance students’ interest in learning. Deep learning (DL) focuses on immersing students in knowledge and learning situations, emphasizing critical thinking, and realizing the intrinsic value of knowledge. Understanding DL theory is of great significance to deepening the teaching reform in China. BP algorithm is a very effective algorithm for prediction and evaluation. In this paper, the complex factors affecting the quality of piano information teaching are comprehensively considered, and the improved BP neural network (BPNN) algorithm is used to evaluate and predict the quality of piano information teaching. The model structure of BPNN for evaluating and predicting the quality of piano information teaching is given and simulated in MATLAB. The results show that the evaluation and prediction method overcomes the subjective factors of expert evaluation and obtains reasonable results. Compared with the traditional BPNN algorithm, it has good applicability.

In order to improve the teaching quality of creative dance, this paper puts forward an evaluation method of creative dance teaching quality based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. On the basis of clarifying the evaluation criteria, the overall framework of the creative dance teaching quality evaluation system is given; the hardware part optimizes the design of the database and storage module of creative dance teaching-related materials, and the software part completes the quality evaluation of creative dance teaching through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Experiments show that the proposed method can effectively evaluate the quality of creative dance teaching; when collecting data, the resource discovery rate is high, and the data collection effect is better; the method has high data storage capacity, low rejection times, and good data storage performance.
