Abstract:Kleinhovia hospita has long been used to treat diseases, including diabetes mellitus. This study aimed to evaluate if the hypoglycemic effects of K. hospita extract and fractions were related to its inhibition on the activity of $\alpha$-amylase and $\alpha$-glycosidase enzymes.
