Evaluation of the effect of interphase zone on the properties of the Al-Al2O3 composites

Abstract: A theoretical study of the mechanical characteristics of the composite system Al-Al2O3. A justification for the reduced strength values of composite samples associated with the possible occurrence of increased residual stresses has been proposed.
