As a new mode of mining development, green mine optimizes the development and utilization of mineral resources with a minimum of the environmental impact, and how to objectively evaluate the construction level of the green mine has become the key to promote green mine construction and it has also been an important path to achieve sustainable development of mineral resources. The evaluation system and methods of green mine construction, however, are not perfect at present as the existing green mine evaluation mostly adopts the index scoring accumulation method, with which the internal relations between the indicators are ignored, and the subjective influence it causes is too large. Based on the framework model of driving forces, pressure, state, impact and response, an indicator system is constructed in this paper to express the internal relationship between indicators more intuitively. Combined with subjective and objective combination weighting method to determine the index weight, TOPSIS and coupling coordination degree models are introduced to quantitatively evaluate the spatio-temporal evolution process of green mine construction and the coupling coordination between subsystems, analyze and obtain the main obstacle factors affecting the green mine construction of enterprises, and provide suggestions and countermeasures for the improvement of green mine construction of enterprises. The applicability of the model is verified by an actual case study of a mine in China. The model enriches the connotation of green mines, making the evaluation process and results fairer and more reliable, thus providing an effective way to promote the sustainable development of mines.

Summary The selection of suitable nanoparticles is an important task for their applications as heat transfer promoters for the mitigation of thermal issues in energy storage systems. This paper aims to present a systematic framework for the selection of nanoparticles based on multiple attribute decision‐making tools. A hybrid Grey relational analysis‐based technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (GRA‐TOPSIS) approach combining the advantages of both GRA and TOPSIS methodologies is proposed and opted for evaluation, comparison, and ranking of different alternatives under the influence of several objective and subjective criteria weights. The criteria importance through inter‐criteria correlation (CRITIC) and entropy weighing methods are employed to determine the objective weights, while the subjective weights are calculated using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Also, an attempt is made to present a generalized weight integration formula that combines several objective and subjective weights of attributes. The results demonstrate Al2O3 nanoparticles as the most acceptable alternative. The sensitivity analysis performed proves the robustness and feasibility of the adopted decision framework. Additionally, the rank reversal issue is also addressed to present the qualitative assessment of estimated results. Thus, the evaluation methodology discussed in this paper seems to provide a theoretical reference strategy for nanoparticle selection in heat transfer enhancement applications. Highlights A novel integrated multiple criteria decision making scheme for nanoparticle selection is presented An attempt is made to present a generalized weight integration formula combining several objective and subjective weights of attributes Thermal conductivity and specific surface area are reported as the most significant attributes. Al2O3 is highlighted as the best choice. The sensitivity analysis and rank‐reversal test have also been performed to check the robustness of suggested procedures and Al2O3 has outperformed all other alternatives under consideration.

This study analyzed the influence of risk factors of coal mine safety based on WSR (Wili-Shili-Renli) theory. We established a coal mine safety risk index system of the “human-machine-ring-tube” by applying the decision-making experimental analysis method to calculate the centrality of coal mine safety risk factors. Interpretative structural modeling was applied to determine the relationships among the coal mine safety risk factors. The improved CRITIC empowerment method was then applied to establish a coal mine safety risk cause model, and the degree of comprehensive impact was determined. The results showed that the main risk factors affecting coal mine safety were: three violations rates of personnel, safety inspection rate, safety management system, hidden danger rectification, equipment reliability rate, safety monitoring system operation status, comprehensive quality of personnel, personnel operation and safety awareness, and video monitoring system operation status.
