Abstract:Background
Limited studies have been conducted on patients with renal function recovery regarding severe leptospirosis. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of N-acetylcysteine (NAC) in accelerating the reduction of serum creatinine in patients with leptospirosis.
Patients and methods
