Evaluation of the “Enzymmix F” Product as an Additive for Broilers Reared in an Antibiotic-Free System

Abstract: This experiment was undertaken to compare the effects of using the Enzymmix F product with a Brazilian enzyme blend in diets with different nutritional levels. A total of 1,080 male broiler chicks were distributed into a randomized-block design with a 3 × 2 factorial arrangement consisting of three enzyme complexes (Enzyme Blend, Enzymmix F, and the combination of both) and two nutritional levels (regular and reduced).
