Evaluation of the hypothalamic–pituitary–adrenal axis in a case series of familial partial lipodystrophy

Abstract: BackgroundFamilial partial lipodystrophy (FPL) is a rare genetic disease characterized by body fat abnormalities that lead to insulin resistance (IR).
