Abstract:Banana stem (Musa Acuminata, MA) fiber is a free agricultural waste obtained after harvesting the fruit. When compared to synthetic fibers, banana fiber has significant weaknesses in composite production, such as low interfacial bond strength between the fiber and the matrix.
