Evaluation of the influence of SrTiO3 and CoO nanofillers on the structural and electrical polymer blend characteristics for electronic devices

Abstract: Using the casting method, the films of nanocomposites (NCs) are made from a (PEOPVA) mixture with varying ratios of SrTio3 and CoO nanoparticles (NPs). The results show that increasing the ratio of (SrTiO3-CoO) NPs improved the electrical and structural characteristics of (PEO-PVA-SrTio3-CoO) NCs.
